Hi, welcome to my blog for an opinion on fried chicken today I will share my opinion about Korean fried chicken and talk about the Korean food that I had in the UAE. If you are living in Dubai or any city in UAE you would like this topic defiantly, so stay with me.

I'm jenny who is a Korean food lover I'm searching for new Korean food to try and recently I moved to Dubai for living and work there and near my office, there is a Korean restaurant that they are selling the Korean street food that I like and one of the Food is the Korean fried chicken in the Korean restaurant Dubai I've tried this food type in Korea before so I know the taste of this food how it is taste like. And I was not expecting that great taste of it because I went before to Korean cuisine with my college to have lunch there and I was so disappointed about the food it was not good and the price was quite high for me and the bad taste so I was not putting any high expectation about this place but I wanted to go to see and try the food there.

The Korean Fried Chicken That I had:

First, let us talk about the type of this food, and then let's move on to how was the taste of it for me...

refers to a range of fried chicken meals made in South Korea, such as the straightforward hurried chicken, which is derived from the English phrase "fried chicken," and the fiery yangnyeom chicken (seasoned chicken). Fried chicken is eaten in South Korea as a dinner, an appetizer, Anju (food offered and eaten with drinks), or as a snack after a meal. If you are one of the people that like to make their own food and you looking for a place to buy the ingredients you have to look in the Asian shops or the Korean supermarket that you can find in your area.

According to Julia Moskin of The New York Times, the crust on Korean fried chicken is "thin, crackly, and practically translucent." Prior to and following frying, the chicken is typically seasoned with spices, sugar, and salt. Small- to medium-sized birds are frequently used in fried chicken in Korean restaurants; the meat from these younger chicks is more delicate. The chicken is typically hand-painted with the sauce using a brush after frying to add flavor.

The History of the Korean Fried Chicken Food:

Apply a small coating evenly over the chicken. Korean fried chicken is sometimes accompanied by pickled radishes, beer, or another fizzy beverage.

whereas the name for the domesticated bird is dak, which refers to fried chicken (and rarely even to roasted chicken). The phrase "fried chicken" is transliterated from the French word peuraideu chicken to form the abbreviated form. [3] The word "chicken" refers to "a meal produced by coating chopped chicken with flour and then frying or baking it," according to the National Institute of Korean Language. Tongdak ("whole chicken") is the term for fried chicken that has not been chopped before cooking. Dak-twigim, or "chicken fritter," is a term that is sometimes used to describe both chicken and tong dak.

Despite being the "proper" transcription, the unshortened variant peuraideu chicken is not as common.

Due to the lingering effects of the Japanese practice that lingered in Korea in the 1970s, the more frequent form, huraideu-chikin, may have been adopted. (The Japanese occupation was only voluntarily ended in 1945.) The term "huraideu-chikin," which is sometimes abbreviated to "huraideu," describes a dish of fried chicken without any additional flavors applied after frying. It is frequently distinguished from yangnyeom-chikin ("seasoned chicken") by using this. The National Institute of Korean Language rejects huraideu-chikin as the accepted term and insists on transliterating (and transvocalizing) it as peuraideu-chikin, which should then be "refined" to dakgogi-twigim or chicken meat fritter.

My Expectations About The Restaurant Food:

So here guys trust me I'm not saying that just for taking the attention of someone the Korean fried chicken and the Korean food at the roll and bubble Korean food restaurant in Dubai was so good and the price is also fine not that high for me that I can buy more than one meal with 100 AED there. And which is the best thing for me ever the taste was so good and they also serve the Korean stir-fried chicken guys it was luscious I was so lucky to go there and have the food with my Korean friends the place located in Dubai near to the Mashreq metro station just five-minute walk and you will reach out the restaurant out there.
